Lysolecithin Powder is a product produced by the hydrolysis of phospholipids by phospholipase. It has strong wetting, dispersing and emulsifying properties. Compared with ordinary soybean lecithin, its water-in-oil emulsification performance is stronger, its emulsification stability is better under acidic conditions and in the presence of salt, its adaptability to temperature is wider, its ability to bind to proteins and starch is also improved, and the addition amount is small, about 1/10 of that of ordinary lecithin.

Lysed lecithin powder improves oil emulsification, supports the formation of mixed micelles, and improves intestinal permeability, thereby increasing the digestibility and absorption of nutrients such as fat, fat-soluble vitamins, carotenoids, and trace elements, thereby optimizing feed conversion ratio (FCR).
While reducing the amount of fish oil used, the addition of lysed lecithin powder can significantly increase the final weight and specific growth rate of aquatic animals. It also promotes the synthesis of liver and muscle glycogen, enhances metabolic utilization of fat, and promotes protein synthesis.
For aquatic animals, lysed lecithin powder can fully mobilize the activity of liver lipid metabolism enzymes, reduce visceral fat accumulation, alleviate fatty liver symptoms, and maintain overall liver health.
