Rich in free amino acids, small peptides, nucleotides, taurine, and other nutrients. Typically contains 10% free amino acids, 25% small peptides, 1.5% nucleotides, and 2.41% taurine. Umami amino acids such as glutamic acid and glycine total approximately 12%, making it highly appetizing for aquatic animals.
Production Process:Utilizes leftovers from marine shrimp and freshwater shrimp processing. Shrimp heads are cleaned and processed to obtain inner gland fluid. Animal protein hydrolyzing enzymes are added for hydrolysis. The process includes temperature-controlled sterilization, sedimentation separation, ultrafiltration, and reverse osmosis membrane separation to ensure a high-quality concentrated retentate.
