1. Introduction: This production line can produce both floating and sinking feed pellets for fish, shrimp, crab, etc. By adjusting temperature, moisture, formulation, and changing moulds, our twin screw extruders can produce feed sizes ranging from 2-12 mm. It is also suitable for pet food such as dog, cat, and bird feed.

2. Raw Materials: Utilizes animal protein (fish meal, shrimp meal, crab meal) and plant protein (corn flour, rice flour, wheat flour, soybean flour). High fat and protein raw materials like fresh fish or bone can also be added.

3. Flow Chart:

Milling → Mixer → Screw Conveyor → Extruder → Air Conveyor → Dryer → Flavoring → Cooling → Packing

4. Machine Features: All extruders are made of stainless steel with high automation. The screws are made of alloy steel with a building block system structure and self-cleaning function. High configuration includes water cooling systems and wear-resistant bushings. PLC control ensures easy operation.
