Fish feed machine configuration:

Screw conveyor → Miller → Blender → Vacuum conveyor → Storage → Pre-conditioner → Double-screw extruder → Air conveyor → Roasting oven → Elevator → Oil sprayer → Flavoring roller → Cooling conveyor

The machine has excellent performance and final product has high quality. Stainless steel construction with reasonable design and high automation. Screws are made by alloy steel with building block system structure and self-cleaning function.

Our automatic line can produce different shapes and sizes of dog food, cat food, fish feed, shrimp feed by changing formula and mould. Fish feed range: 1-14mm floating, slow sinking, sinking fish feed.
